Sealed tenders are invited from enlisted underground Bore-hole Contractors who are well conversant with Boring jobs in ECL and other Subsidiaries of CIL on item rate/percentage basis for the work mentioned below:

Tender documents can be had from the Office of the General Manager, Salanpur Area on payment of Rs.281.25 (Rupees two hundred eighty one and paise twenty five only) (non-refundable) with Cashier, Salanpur Area Office in cash from 20.2.2012 to 21.2.2012 during working hours. Tender documents can be down-loaded from our Website www.easterncoal.gov.in 7 to 10 days before the last date of sale of tender paper.

The earnest money may be deposited in cash with the Cashier, Salanpur Area Office from 20.2.2012 to 21.2.2012 during working hours and same is to be attached with the tender papers. Tender not accompanied with earnest money receipt will not be entertained.

Sealed tender will be received on 22.2.2012 upto 1.00 P.M. in two envelopes system and Ist envelope will be opened on the same day at 3.00 P.m. in two envelope system with the Ist envelope containing credentials (duly authenticated by the bidder) in support of his qualification in accordance with the eligibility criteria along with the EMD in separate envelope and the 2nd envelope (Price Bid) containing the duly filled in tender documents superscribing envelope – II and EMD on the cover.
