NAME OF AREA-  SodepurArea	After the formation of the JV Company and signing of the ‘Contract Agreement’ till the life of the mine (i.e. till the exhaustion of the balance coal reserve of Dishergarh (R-IV) seam in the proposed Chinakuri- 1 UG Mine) as per the terms and conditions of this document.

A pre-NIT meeting in respect of the above works  will be held at 11.00 A.M on 16/02/2012 (Thursday) in the Conference Room  of CMD’s Office ,ECL,(HQ) , Sanctoria    Po : Dishergarh , Dist : Burdwan (WB) Pin -713 333.

Interested Bidders are requested to visit the proposed site at their own cost and go through the terms & conditions of the tender document before taking part in the Pre-NIT meeting. They are also requested to come prepared with list of proposed addition /deletion/ modification, if any, in writing for submission to ECL and seek clarification / information related to the Bid document in the meeting.

The draft bid document is available our website www.easterncoal.gov.in up to 16/02/2012 for downloading which shall form the basis of discussion. Necessary modification of the draft NIT may be considered on the basis of written submission by intending bidders during Pre-NIT meeting subject to department acceptance.
