Sealed Tenders in two bid system are invited from experienced and reputed Contractors in any PSU, State/Central Govt. having successfully completed ( not less than 75% of the Contract Value) similar work during last 07 years ending last day of the previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following:

Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost.  OR
Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost.  OR
One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost,
for the following work at Rajmahal Area, P.O. Bara Simra, Dist. Godda, Jharkhand, PIN 814165:

Name of work: Upkeep and Maintenance of Experts Hostel including Catering Services thereof. (Total estimated value for one year is Rs.45,00,000/-)

Duration of Contract: 01 (one) year extendable for another two years, one year after another one  year on satisfactory performance and mutual consent, with the same Rates, Terms and Conditions.

Earnest Money: Rs.45,000/- (Rupees forty five thousand only).

Cost of Tender Documents:  Rs.1,040/- (Rupees one thousand forty only)-(Non-refundable).

Date of Sale of Tender Documents: 01.02.2012 to 07.02.2012 (During Office Hrs.)

Date of submission of Offer: 08.02.2012 (Upto 01:00 PM)

Date of opening of Tender: 08.02.2012 at 04:00 PM.

The Tender should be submitted in two parts, the manner of which will be detailed in the Tender Documents. The Earnest Money should be deposited by way of Demand Draft only drawn in favour of “Eastern Coalfields Limited, A/C Rajmahal Project” and made payable to any one of our Bankers as follows:
