1. (a) Issue of Tender document:- Begins on 31-01-12 & Closes on 03-02-12 (Issue/sale up to 12.30 p.m. on working days except on Sunday and holidays).
(b) Place of issue of Tender document:- Office of the General Manager, Pandaveswar Area on Payment of cost of Tender document in cash.
(c) Display of tender document through WEB SITE. (In case of tender document obtained by downloading from Website, cost of tender document shall have to be deposited by the tenderer in the form of “Demand Draft along with EMD. Tenderers shall be solely responsible for correctness of the downloaded tender document Submission of incomplete downloaded ender document will be rejected.

2. (a) Date & Time of submission of Tender: On 06-02-12 from 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
(b) Place of submission of Tender: At the Office of General Manager, Pandaveswar Area

3. Date & Time of opening of Tender: On 06-02-12 at 3.30 p.m. At the office of the General Manager, Pandaveswar Area. If the office happens to be closed on date of opening of tender as specified, the tenders will be opened on next working day at the same time and venue.
