ISSUE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS:
Tender documents
will be issued from 3-2-2012 to 5-2-2012 during office hour on all
working days up to 12.30 PM.
AVAILABILITY OF TENDER DOCUMENTS:
Tender documents including
terms & conditions of work shall be available on our website www.easterncoal.gov.in.
Tender documents can also obtained from the
office of the General Manager, Pandaveswar Area during working hour on
submission of the cash deposit receipt of the cost of the tender
document/ documents after depositing the same at cashier, Pandaveswar
Area office. In case of down loading of the document from our website
the cost of tender document shall have to be deposited in the form of
DEMAND DRAFT in favour of Eastern Coalfields Limited, Pandaveswar Area
A/C No-11214096153 SBI, Asansol main branch along with earnest money.
LAST DATE OF RECEIPT OF TENDER:
Tender can be
submitted on
7-2-2012 from 10.00 AM to 3.30 PM in the Office of the General Manager,
Pandaveswar Area and the same will be opened on the same day at 4-30 PM
in the presence of intending tenderer or their authorised
representatives & tender committee members.
