The Tender Document containing details of Scope of Work & Commercial Terms & Conditions can be obtained in person or through Postal on payment of Tender Cost by Cash/Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Eastern Coalfields Limited, A/C Rajmahal Project” payable at SBI, RCMP, Code No.7265 from the Sr. Cashier, Rajmahal Area, At-Dhankunda, PO-Barasimra-814165, District-Godda (Jharkhand) on any working day. The Tender Paper will be sold from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM in all working days except Saturday/Sunday/Holiday. The intending Contractor will apply to the General Manager (Excavation), Rajmahal Area for getting the Tender Document with Terms & Conditions. The Tender Document can be purchased from 06.01.2012 to 04.02.2012 upto 03.00PM during all working period. The Tender Document is Non Transferable.

Request for sending the Document by Post Rs.50.00 only may be added in the Tender Document Cost as postal expenses and must be received by the General Manager (Excavation)/Sr. Cashier, Rajmahal Area at least 15 (fifteen) days before due date of opening of Tender. Rajmahal Area does not owe any responsibility for any Postal Delay or Dislocation. The Earnest Money in Form of Demand Draft is to be deposited along with Part-I offer and shall bear NO INTEREST. Without Earnest Money, your Offer shall be rejected. Submission of Earnest Money is compulsory except for the Bidders having NSIC/SSIC Certificate. The NSIC/SSIC Certificate as enclosed should be duly certified by Notary Public. The Earnest Money shall be refunded to the unsuccessful Bidders after finalization and award of work and for successful Bidders it will be kept as security and shall be refunded after work period.
The last date of submission of offer on 05.02.2012 upto 01:00 PM and Part-1 offer will be opened on same day at 4:00 PM in front of attending Bidders or their authorized representative in the office of the undersigned. The Management reserves the right to accept or reject the Tender wholly or partly or distribute the work amongst different bidders with valid reason.

NOTE: Tender Documents can be downloaded from our WEBSITE www.easterncoal.gov.in and Government Tender Portal www.tenders.gov.in in 05-15 days before the last date of Sale of Tender Paper. A separate Demand Draft on account of Tender Fee shall have is to be enclosed in addition to the Earnest Money at the time of submitting the offer if downloaded from WEBSITE.
