Sealed tenders are invited by the General Manager, Kenda Area from the eligible manufacturer for supply of CEMENT CAPSULES (length 500 mm x 32 mm x 500 gms) packed in full length perforated in poly plastic tube.

1. Quantity: 1,50,000 (One lack fifty thousand) nos.

2. Earnest money:- Rs.19890.00 (Nineteen thousand eight hundred ninety) only to be deposited in the form of Bank Draft to be drawn in favour of “EASTERN COALFIELDS LIMITED. KENDA AREA.” payable at Asansol.

3. Tender Fee: Rs.1000/=+Vat@13.5%=Rs1135/= to be deposited in cash at the office of Kenda Area after permission of Area Finance Manager, Kenda area within 12 noon on any working days excepting Sunday & holidays.

4. Tender Document will be available at the office of the Area Stores officer, Kenda Area on production of cash receipt of Tender Fee.

5. Date of issue of Tender Paper from 16.01.2011 to 15.02.2012 from 10 AM to 1PM. On any working days excepting Sunday & holidays.

6. Date of submission of Tender paper up to 1.00 PM on 16.02.2012 at Tender Box available at the office of the General Manager, Kenda Area.

7. Tender document can also be downloaded from our web site no. www.easterncoal.gov.in or www.tenders.gov.in for participation in the tender process. In case of tender document obtained by downloading from the web site, cost of the tender document shall have to be deposited by the Tenderers in the form of “DEMAND DRAFT” at the time of submission of the Tender along with the EMD, otherwise the Tender will be liable to rejected.
However, the exemption of Tender fee will be as per Company’s guide line.

8. Tender Document will be displayed through website from 16.01.2011 to 15.02.2012.

9. Tender shall be opened on 16.02.2012 at 4.00 PM at the conference hall of office of the General Manager, Kenda Area.
