Sealed tenders are invited from the experience and interested contractors for the following jobs as mentioned below.

The bidder should submit the offer in Two Parts in sealed covers prominently super scribed as “Technical Bid” and “Price Bid” respectively. Part-I (Technical Bid) should contain EMD, past experience,. attested or photocopy of the VAT Clearance Certificate, Service Tax Registration certificate & PAN certificate. All photocopies must be stamped and signed. Part-II (Price Bid) envelop would consist of only as per scope of work on item rate basis. The original tender document is also to be enclosed duly signed as a token of acceptance of the entire terms and conditions given in the tender document.

Tender document (non-transferable) containing detailed scope of work & terms / conditions can be purchased from the Chief Cashier, Eastern Coalfields Limited, Rajmahal Area on any day during working hours on payment of tender document cost against requisition. The tender paper will be sold from 23/01/2012 to 26/01/2012. Tender documents can be downloaded from our website www.easterncoal.gov.in as well as Government Portal www.tenders.gov.in before 7-10 days from the last date of sale of tender paper.

The Earnest money is to be deposited in the form of demand draft in favour of "Eastern Coalfields Limited, A/c Rajmahal Project" payable either in SBI, RCMP Branch, Code No. 7265 or U.Co. Bank, ECL, Urjanagar Branch, Code No. 1294 against which no interest shall be payable. Tender without accompanied earnest money shall be rejected. Tenders / offers shall be received in sealed covers latest by 1:00 PM on 27/01/2012 in the office of the undersigned. Part-I (Technical Bid) offer shall be opened on the same day at 4:30 PM in presence of the intending bidders.

ECL reserves the right, without assigning any reason whatsoever, to accept or reject any bid fully or partially and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the contract, without any obligation to inform the affected bidder / bidders of the grounds of ECL's action.
