Cost of Tender (Rs.): 1135.00 i.e. 1000 + VAT 13.5%

Sale of Tender Document available: 14/12/11 to 23/12/11 between (10 am to 1pm)

Submission of tender document: 02/01/2012 Up to 1 PM

Opening of tender: 02/01/2012 at 3.30 pm

Completion period of work: 120 days.

Tender paper availability: In the office of Area Engineer (E&M), Sripur Area on production of Money receipt as per period given in column No.7 excepting Saturday, Sunday and Holiday.

Sealed tenders will be received and opened as per details given in column.no.8 & 9 and the same can be down loaded and use as tender document which will be available on our website  www.easterncoal.gov.in from 14.12.11 to 23.12.11. However, the cost of tender document shall have to be deposited by the tenderer in cash. The EMD to be deposited in “Demand Draft" drawn in favour of favour of “Eastern Coalfields Ltd, Area-II” on any nationalized/scheduled Indian Bank payable at Asansol preferably on State Bank of India. Tender submitted without tender fee & EMD will be summarily rejected. Valid NSIC registered firms are exempted for submission of EMD.
