Sealed Tenders in two parts ( Part-I & Part-II ) are invited from reputed, bonafide and resourceful contractors having required qualification and suitable experience in work of similar nature works in Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector Enterprises  for the following  job on  item  rate basis.

Date & Time of Submission of Tender : Up to 3.00 PM on 17.11.11

Date & Time of Opening of Part –I of the Tender : At GM Office Salanpur Area 3.30 PM on 18.11.11.

Tender documents shall be available from the Office of the General Manager, Salanpur Area Cost of tender document shall be received in cash (non-refundable) up to at 3.30 P.M. No tender shall be issued or received by Post. Tender documents can be down loaded from our Website www.easterncoal.gov.in during date of sale of tender paper (In case of tender document obtained by downloading from Website, cost of tender document shall have to be deposited by the tenderer in the form of “Demand draft” along with Earnest Money. Tenderer shall be solely responsible for the correctness of the downloaded tender documents. Submission of incomplete down-loaded tender document will be rejected). Duly filled tender offers shall have to be submitted at the Office of the General Manager, Salanpur Area on due date & time.

Tenderers are requested to deposit the requisite amount of Earnest Money as indicated against the work in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Eastern Coalfields Limited, a/c Salanpur Area” on any Nationalized Bank, payable at Asansol preferably on State Bank of India and the same should be submitted in a separate cover  superscribed “Earnest Money” Or  to deposit the requisite amount of Earnest Money as indicated against the work in the form of in cash to the cashier of Salanpur area office up to 15.11.11. The tender should accompany the receipt of earnest money, failing which the tender will liable to be rejected .and the same should be submitted in a separate cover super scribed “Earnest Money”.
