Cost of Tender Document Rs. 1000/- in the
form of Bank draft in favor of “EASTERN COALFIELDS LIMITED, AREA
–VIII”.payable at Mugma/Chirkunda must accompany Techno-Commercial bid
if downloaded from website. Tender document can be purchased by
intending tenderers by depositing cash Rs, 1000/- in area cash section
and submission of original money receipt in area purchase section Mugma
area.
Earnest Money: An
earnest money of Rs. 8500.00 (Eight thousand five hundred only.) in the
from of “Bank Draft” only of any schedule Bank drawn in favor “EASTERN
CAOLFIELDS LIMITED, AREA –VIII”. Payable at Mugma/Chirkunda, must
accompany Techno-Commercial bid, otherwise offer will not be considered
for further evaluation. For un-successful tenderers Earnest money shall
be refunded immediately after finalization of the tender.
ECL reserves the
right to accept of reject any or all of the offers, extend tender
opening, modify tender document or cancel the tender without assigning
any reason.
Tender document
can be downloaded from ECL web site or can be obtained form Purchase
Deptt. Mugma Area on all working days form 28/09/2011 to 08/10/2011
(between 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM). Tender document downloaded from ECL web
site must be signed and stamped and to be submitted in
Techno-Commerical Bid. Tender document obtained on request form the
purchase Deptt.must be signed and stamped and to be submitted in
Techno-commercial Bid.
