Tender papers/documents may be obtained from the Office of the General Manager/Kunustoria Area, P.O. Toposi: Dist: Burdwan as well as in the Office of the Area Engineer (C)/ Kunustoria Area.

Date and time of submission of Tender: On 19.03.2010 up to 1-00 P.M.

Date and time of opening of Tender: On 19.03.2010 at 3-30 P.M.

Not tender Paper will be issued or received by Post.

Display of Tender documents through Website from 15.03.2010 to 17.03.2010 in www.easterncoal.gov.in in the case of Tender documents obtained by the downloading from Website. Cost of tender documents shall have to be deposited by the tenderer in the form of Demand Draft along with E.M.D. Tenderers shall see documents carefully and submission of incomplete downloaded tender documents will be rejected. Place of submission of tender at the office of the GM/Kunustoria Area. Earnest Money may be deposited in the Form of Demand Draft to the Chief Cashier/ GM Office/ Kunustoria Area drawn in favour of “Eastern Coalfields Litd., Area – IV” payable at Raniganj State Band of India, Raniganj Branch and money receipt in original should be attached with the Tender Paper. Tender without earnest money will be summarily rejected. Tender earnest money receipt should be submitted in separate cover marking “EARNEST MONEY”. No tender shall be considered unless accompanied the said earnest money.
