1) Issue
of Tender Document:- Begins on 22.3.10 and closes on 24.3.10.
(Issue/Sale up to 12.30 pm on working days.)
2) Place of Issue of
Tender document:- Office of the General Manager(C&Env.) ECL,
Sanctoria as well as Office of the General Manager, Kajora Area.
3) Display of Tender
Document through Website:- From 22.3.10 to 24.3.10. Tender Document can
be downloaded from our Website www.easterncoal.gov.in
(In case of tender
document obtained by downloading from Website Cost of tender
document shall have to be deposited by the tenderer
in the form of ‘Demand Draft’ (non refundable) drawn in favour of
‘Eastern Coalfields Limited, Area-V’ on any schedule bank payable at
State Bank of India, Raniganj in a separate envelop. Tenderers shall be
solely responsible for the correctness of the downloaded tender
document. Submission of incomplete downloaded tender document will be
rejected.)
The Company shall not
be responsible for any delay/difficulties in accessibility of the
downloading facility for any reason whatsoever. The downloading
facility shall be available during the period of sale of tender paper
as stated above.
4) Date and time of
submission of tender:- 25.3.10 from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM
5) Place of submission
of tender:- Either at GM(C&Env’s) Office, ECL, HQ or at GM’s
Office, Kajora Area.
6) Date and time of
opening of Tender (PART-1):- 26.3.10 at 3.30 PM at the Office of the
GM, Kajora Area.(If the office happens to be closed on date of opening
of specified, the tenders will be opened on next working day at the
same time and venue).
7) Cost of tender
document should be paid in Cash which is non-refundable.
