Discount bid on SOR are invited from Registered Transport Contractors
of ECL (for Sand) for transportation of Sand by Tipping Trucks / Trucks
for the following routes / locations for the period from 01.04.2010 to
31.03.2011 at Satgram Area.

The above quantities are as per plan and
projections. This may vary due to unavoidable circumstances beyond
control of management, for which no claim from the contractors will be
admissible by the Management.
For detailed
terms & conditions and information please refer the SOR available
with the department. For detailed BOQ, please refer Annexure-I & II
as applicable. This bid is to be guided by detailed terms &
conditions of the SOR effective from 01.04.2009.
Earnest Money: 01(One) % of the
Estimated amount (rounded off to nearest Hundred Rupees) as Initial
Security Money to be deposited in the form of Demand Draft In Favour of
“Eastern Coalfields Limited, A/c. Area III” Payable at Asansol, on any
RBI approved Scheduled Bank.
Issue of Tender Documents: The
Tender Documents may be obtained from office of the CGM Satgram Area,
AM (PC&D) Dept. w.e.f. 15.03.2010 to 17.03.2010 up to 3.00 PM and /
or application may be downloaded from ECL Web Site.

Receipt of Tenders:
Bids shall be
received in sealed covers from 10.00
to 15.00 Hrs on 19.03.2010 at the office of the CGM, Satgram
Area.
Opening of Tenders:
Tenders will be
opened at 15.30 Hrs on 19.03.2010
at office of the CGM Satgram Area, AM (PC&D) Dept.
The company is
not under any obligation to receipt the lowest bidder / bidders and
reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning
any reasons whatsoever, and also to distribute the work and allot the
work / works to more than one tenderer at its sole discretion.
