Tenders in two parts ( part –I & Part II) are invited from
reputed, bonafide , Competent and resourceful contractors having
required qualification and suitable experience in work of similar
nature in Govt. / Public Sector / Joint Sector
Enterprises ( Managed jointly by govt. and Private Agent)/
Public limited company in Private Sector for the following Job.
1. Name of Work:
Loading and transportation of coal by tippers from Shampur A OCP Depots
to III A Rly. Siding Via Shampur Basti, Thappar Nagar Stn. Level
Crossing , Bhaljuria , Road , Nirsha Chowk & NH2 within a lead
range of 7-8 K.M. at Mugma Area of ECL including water spraying on
entire route except on NH2.

2. Earnest Money:- For
the work Rs.16200/=
The earnest money
shall be refunded to the unsuccessful tenderer and shall bear no
interest.
3. Cost of Tender document for the
work:- (Including
Vat) – Rs.1688/= (non-refundable) (out of total amount Rs.188/= is for
VAT).
4. (a) Issue of Tender Document: Begins on 22.03.2010
Closes on 26.03.2010 (Issue/Sale Closed on Saturday /Sunday and
Holidays)
(b) Place of
issue of Tender document:- Office of the G.M. Mugma Area (ECL),
P.O. Mugma, Dist. Dhanbad (Jharkhand) at AM (Transport)’s Chamber.
(c) Display of
tender document through WEBSITE Tender documents can be down
loaded from our website www.easterncoal.gov.in”
during the period of sale of tender document.
(In case of tender
document obtained by downloading form Website, Cost of tender document
shall have to be deposited by the tenderer in the from of “Demand
Draft” drawn in favors of “Eastern Coalfields Limited, Area VIII on any
scheduled Bank listed with RB.I., Payable at Asansol preferably on
State Bank of India Separately along with EMD ).
Tenderers shall be
solely responsible for the correctness of the downloaded tender
documents. Submission of incomplete downloaded tender document will be
rejected.
5. (a) Date and Time of submission of
Tender:- On 29.03.2010 and 30.03.2010 from 10.00 A.M. to
3.00 P.M.
(b) Place of submission of tender:-
Office of the G.M. Mugma Area (ECL),P.O. Mugma, Dist. Dhanbad
(Jharkhand) at AM (Transport)’s Chamber .
6. Date & Time of Opening of Tender
(Part I):- On 02.04.09 at 3.30 pm at the office of the
G.M.(Mugma Ara ECL).
If the office
happens to be closed on the date of opening of tender as specified, the
tenders will be opened on next working day at same time and venue.
No Tender document
will be issued or received by post.
Tender submitted
late will not be accepted.
