bonafide and resourceful contractors having required qualification and
suitable experience in work of similar nature in Govt./Semi Govt./
Public enterprises for the following jobs on percentage rate basis.

Cost of tender
document shall be received in cash (non-refundable) up to 12.30 pm. No
tender shall be issued or received by post.
Tender document
can be downloaded from website www.easterncoal.gov.in and
from website of NIC http://tenders.gov.in
within 8days before the last date of sale of tender paper.
(In case of tender
document obtained by downloading from website cost of tender document
shall have to be deposited by the tenderer in the form of “Demand
Draft” along with earnest money. Tenderer shall be solely responsible
for the correctness of the downloaded tender documents. Submission of
incomplete downloaded tender document will be rejected.)
Duly filled tender
offers shall have to be submitted at the office of the Chief General
Manager, SP Mines Area Po: - Chitra, Dist: - Deoghar and C.E.
(C&Env.) H.Q. Sanctoria, P.O.- Dishergarh, Burdwan.
Tenderers are
requested to deposit the requisite amount of Earnest Money as indicated
against the work in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of
“Eastern Coalfield Limited” A/C SP Mines on any nationalize bank
payable at Chitra, preferably on the State Bank Of India and the same
should be submitted in a separate cover super scribed “Earnest Money”.
In case of deposit of earnest money in cash, the same should be
deposited to cashier, Chitra colliery, SP Mines Area and cash receipt
should be submitted in a separate cover super scribed “Earnest Money’.
