Sealed Discount Bid on SOR (effective from 01.4.2009 to 31.3.2011) are
invited from relevant / appropriate registered Coal Transport
Contractors of ECL for transportation of coal by Tipping Trucks for the
following routes / locations for the year 2010-11 (1.4.2010 to
31.3.2011) under Salanpur Area.

projections. This may vary due to unavoidable circumstances beyond
control of management for which no claim from the contractors will be
admissible by the management.

& conditions and informations, SOR available
with the department may be referred. For detailed BOQ refer in last
pages. This bid is to be guided by detailed terms & conditions of
the SOR effective from 1.4.2009.
Receipt
of Tenders :-
Bids are to be
received in sealed covers from 11.00 AM to 1.00 PM on
18.03.2010 in the specified box at the Office of the General Manager,
Salanpur Area, PO-Lalganj, Dt. Burdwan .
Opening
of Tenders :-
Part-I tender will
be opened at 3.00 PM on 18.3.2010. The company is
not under any obligation to accept the lowest bidder/bidders and
reserves the right to reject any or all the Tenderers without
assigning any reason what-so-ever and also to distribute the work and
allot the work / works to more than one tenderer at its sole
discretion.
