Bara Simra, Dist : Godda, Jharkhand , Pin –814165,on Payment of tender document cost by cash/DD drawn in favour of Eastern Coalfields Ltd ,A/C Rajmahal Project payable at SBI , RCMP Branch (Code 7265). Request for sending the document by post must be received by Chief Cashier Rajmahal Area at-least 15 days before due date of opening of tender. For sending document by post Rs.30.00 only may be added in the tender document cost as postal expenses. Last date of Sale of Tender Documents: 24.03.2010 till 1.00 PM, Last date of Submission: 25.03.2010 at 1.00 PM, Opening (Part –I) : 25.03.2010 at 3.00 PM (In presence of attending bidders, if any). Rajmahal Area does not owe any responsibility for postal delay or dislocation. Tender document is not transferable.
