It was earlier notified that Registered Bidders without having Digital signature shall stand debarred from participation in both Spot and Forward e-auction beyond 28.2.2010. Considering the difficulties faced by the bidders it has been decided by the competent authority that the Bidders should be allowed to participate in both Spot and Forward e-auction without Digital Signature till 30.6.2010.

However the Registered Bidders should make efforts in obtaining Digital Signature and also get themselves familiarized before 30.6.2010 to use the same.
