NOTICE LRE
It is to be mentioned here for all
persons concerned that Eastern Coalfields Ltd. has applied to MOC for
acquisition (alright) for 1200 Ha. of land under CBA Act 1957 for
12 Mouzas namely i) Kendra Khottadih ii) Bilpahari iii) Dalurband
iv) Chakrola v) Joalbhanga vi) Bhatmura vii) Konardihi
viii) Nabagram ix) Bhaluka x) Sonepur xi) Bazari xii) Shankarpur which
was notified u/s 7(i) of CBA Act in the Indian Gazette published on
20th August 2008.
If any interested
persons having any objection for aforesaid acquisition may kindly
submit/raised his/their objection to the Coal Controller at his office
in Kolkata.
